Description
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our Client based in Norwich, Norfolk.
You will form part of the team responsible for the delivery of the systems and services that underpin company products. The role will be split between the development of new applications, services and systems and will also provide technical assistance to the team members that support our clients.
To clarify this role involves no direct end user support, but rather needs to back-up the people providing the support services with technical expertise and problem diagnosis.
Our clients is looking for a good communicator and a solid team player who is organised and has the ability to work to deadlines/SLAs and is as happy diagnosing and resolving issues in existing code as developing brand new software. SQL Server DBA skills would be advantageous.
Applicants must possess:
3+ years experience in a similar role
Experience with High Volume Transaction Databases and performance tuning
C#, ASP.Net, Web Services, XML
SQL Server 2008, Triggers, Stored Procedures, Jobs and Maintenance plans
HTML, Javascript, AJAX, CSS, JQuery
SQL Server DBA skills
