Systems Administrator

Salary: £24,000 - 29,000
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Norwich, Norfolk


Description

Systems Administrator required to maintain and install software and populate database solutions.

Applicants should possess experience in:

• Bioinformatics/systems administrative support
• Working with scripting languages and script writing (e.g in Perl, Python)
• Software installation in Linuxs, use of and construction of small databases in Relational Database Management Systems (eg. MySQL, PostGreSQL)
• Developing and working in the command line environment
